IQVIA is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to serve as the scientific point of contact for clinical trial sites across Italy and the region. You will support site engagement, education, and patient recruitment with a strong emphasis on oncology knowledge.

The role requires 2+ years as an MSL or in a scientific/medical capacity, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel internationally within the territory.
