Specifically, when you join the **Digital Finance Transformation Team** in **Bologna**and **Florence**, you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue. You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - Redefining **EPM strategies** for leading Italian and international companies**, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model**;
- **Designing and configuring** solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market;
- **Analysing and defining the new functional requirements** of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
- **Assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation** using business cases;
- **Monitoring** pre
- and post-transformation performance;
- Defining the organisational structure, the skills,

- Knowledge of the following topics**:Control Models, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning**: - **Organizational and teamwork skills** with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
- Excellent knowledge of the **MS Office** package
