- supporting the demand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;
- managing full life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);
- managing the external suppliers involved in our projects;
- define project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;
- monitoring and controlling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost;
- reporting the status of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc ). **Requirements**: - University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar)
- 4+ years of professional experience as Project Manager in multinational companies;
- good knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing processes
- PMI or Prince 2 certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good relationship management with internal and external stakeholders;
- Target oriented with problem solving attitude;
- Strong team leading skills;
- Organizational and analytical skills;
