The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 34.125 € - 50.000 € at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks :
- Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
- Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns,
and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
- Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.
Requirements :
- Good ability to interact with different professional levels.
- Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
- Problem solving approach.
- Two/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.
- SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.
- Italian and English language are mandatory.
- High School or University degree(s) required
