What You'll Do You will join BCG Milan's HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean Crafting written content for newsletters, updates, and communication materials; Helping plan, organize, and deliver events that facilitate connections and upskilling; Collaborating with other Business Services teams,

as well as Regional and Global networks, to ensure effective engagement and relationship management; Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with external companies and Alumni networks to support high-value partnership building.
Please mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus); Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English; Creative mindset and problem-solving skills; Positive and proactive attitude and commitment; Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
