The selected resource will support the Material Planning Manager in ensuring the availability of materials in production, at the correct times and quantities, managing material planning processes (MRP), its inputs-outputs, and their correct balancing.
Main responsibilities: Ensure the system availability of all main data related to materials necessary for planning by managing the material master data of competence; Analyze MRP suggestions, requirements, stock, and exception messages; Manage the issuance of Purchase Requests (RDA), Work Orders, Transfer Orders, Call-off Orders, etc.

; Manage the delivery of goods to internal/external customers; Manage offers and requests for outsourcing operations; Manage stocks and any excesses; Keep the number of missing lines at the minimum level; Manage anomalies related to materials of competence, striving to resolve them as quickly as possible; Manage the flow of materials, from the RDA to the loading of the part into the warehouse, or delivery to the partner company; Update the order portfolio with rescheduling requests; Organize retrofit/repair campaigns for materials in stock or in line; Compile coverage sheets and maintain sufficient coverage to align the production plan; Act in compliance with the quality indicators foreseen, ensuring the achievement of quality and efficiency standards and contributing to proposing improvement actions; Ensure collaboration with all entities involved in carrying out relevant activities, promoting the development of participatory and supportive logics aimed at pursuing the philosophy of continuous improvement; Guarantee the transferability of information between different users through the use of effective communication tools; Respect company regulations and procedures, adopting effective behaviors in resolving internal conflicts.
Requirements Diploma or degree; Interest in the technical sector; ability to take on responsible tasks; ability to work in a team; predisposition/aptitude for human relations and interpersonal communication; demonstrate initiative; Willingness for occasional travel.

How does the selection process work?
