-- ERT**** is located in Trentino, specifically in the Brentonico area.
A company with approximately 10 hectares of vineyards.
A new project of heroic viticulture, taking on a challenge of geographical and climatic position with the aim of producing high-mountain sparkling wines that can tell the story of everything the territory has to offer.
"Ert" as in "erto" (steep) and "faticoso" (arduous), **** as in the altitude at which we are located.
For the staff of the facility, we are looking for a: HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Welcoming and assisting visitors, providing information about the winery and the wines produced; Conducting guided tastings and cellar tours, showcasing the territory and the local winemaking tradition; Supporting the organization of events and promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing team; Promoting and selling the winery's products, contributing to customer loyalty; Ensuring a high-level hospitality experience, providing attentive and quality service.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF: You have previous experience in the hospitality sector,



preferably in the wine industry; You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; You have a strong passion for the world of wine and know tasting techniques (AIS, FISAR, or ONAV certifications will be a plus); You are an organized, precise, and detail-oriented person; You have flexible hours and availability to work on weekends and during special events; You have excellent knowledge of the English language and good computer skills.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
