Jefferies’ Milan office is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of Investment Bankers, including 1 or 2 Managing Directors. You will manage diaries, arrange client meetings and travel, and handle internal communications in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have excellent English and Italian, strong MS Office skills, and prior experience supporting senior bankers. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential for success.
