Responsibilities / TasksAnalyze customer technical and application requirementsDevelop customized technical solutions aligned with the company product portfolioDefine technical offers and layouts in collaboration with Sales, Quotation team, and all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Technology, Engineering, etc.)Ensure project effectiveness in terms of cost, timing,
and technical contentPerform preliminary feasibility studies aimed at standardization and modularization already during the bidding phase, proposing improvements and cost reduction activities (value engineering)Define system layouts and configurationsSupport Sales team in the preparation of technical offers and documentationPrepare and maintain technical documentation (schematics, application descriptions, specifications)Manage technical requests (RFQ) and customer clarificationsContribute to continuous improvement of technical solutions and standardsParticipate in customer meetings for offer definitionParticipate in internal kick-off meetings and manage Post-RAC activities within the engineering teamYour Profile / QualificationsRequirementsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or equivalent)2–5 years of experience in a similar role (Application Engineering, Proposal Engineering, Technical Sales)Good ability to read and interpret technical drawingsFamiliarity with CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Creo3D m
