What will you do?
Coordinate the team during the shift, organizing activities between different stations and ensuring continuity, rhythm, and quality of service; Work on the front line with the team, operationally supporting front-of-house, kitchen, cash register, and bar activities; Manage workflows and service peaks, intervening in real-time to ensure speed and efficiency; Contribute to the operational management of the store (shift planning, orders, product and stock management); ?
Who are we looking for?
