Havas Milan is looking for a Photographer to join the content production department: Prose on Pixels Italia.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Digital, Social, and Advertising departments, within a young and dynamic environment where creativity is fundamental.
They will interact daily with creatives, producers, and account managers, contributing to both the initiation and development of photographic and multimedia projects, from the simplest to the most complex, always ensuring high quality standards.
The Photographer joining the Prose on Pixels Italia team will primarily be involved in the production of photographic content for social and digital channels, ranging from dedicated set shoots to covering live events, with the ability to also create short videos and real-time edits for timely publication on digital channels.
They will be responsible for the conception, realization, and post-production of photographic and audiovisual materials, including the creation of short animations and motion graphics to enrich content for social media.
The ideal candidate must also have experience in using the main artificial intelligence tools dedicated to image and video generation and optimization, demonstrating versatility and curiosity in adopting new technologies for post-production.
The sought-after figure must be able to work both independently and within a creative team, managing the different phases of the production workflow with precision and speed.
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of photographic equipment: camera, lights, lenses; Ability to conceive, shoot,

and manage the production of photographic materials both in the studio and during live events; Skills in photographic editing, including real-time content creation for timely publication on digital channels; Post-production skills: photo retouching, color grading, sound design, and optimization of materials with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Illustrator; Experience in creating short animations and motion graphics to enrich social content; Knowledge and advanced use of the main artificial intelligence tools dedicated to image and video generation and optimization: Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Google Veo, Runway, etc.
; Versatility and curiosity in adopting new technologies to improve post-production processes; Ability to work both independently and in a team, managing all phases of the production workflow with precision and speed.
Workplace: Milan Working hours: Full-time Curricular internship for 6 months.
