RESPONSIBILITIES In our Consulting division, the Operational Excellence function offers innovative and personalized solutions to our clients, operating in various market sectors.
Our mission is to help organizations improve their performance, through the review and transformation of their operating models and their business and operational processes, leveraging the potential of digital technologies.
We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant with experience in the following activities: Analysis and redesign of Source to Pay and Order to Cash processes; Identification and implementation of technological solutions for process digitalization.
REQUIRED SKILLS The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or related disciplines,

and has gained at least 3-5 years of experience in similar activities at leading consulting firms or client companies.
They also have the following skills and characteristics: Excellent knowledge of active and passive cycle issues; Proven experience and ability to analyze and optimize processes; Competence in drafting high-level functional specifications; Basic knowledge of main low-code technologies for process analysis and/or automation (process mining, RPA, iBPMS); Basic knowledge of Javascript language; Autonomy in managing projects for clients, with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and critical issues; Ability to coordinate younger people, with an aptitude for mentoring and feedback; Ability to identify business opportunities and propose effective and innovative solutions, supporting the development of new offers to clients; The following soft skills are also required: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with people of different seniority and background; Ability to work in a team, collaborating with more experienced colleagues and sharing knowledge with more junior ones; Goal orientation, with attention to quality and delivery times; Ambition, curiosity, and passion for autonomous learning, with an interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest industry news; Excellent level of English, both spoken and written, necessary to interact with international clients and partners We offer an opportunity for professional and personal growth in a dynamic, stimulating, and meritocratic environment.
