/p pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liApplication Management Service (AMS) activities management /li liFunctional issue analysis and resolution /li liUser support and training /liliBusiness process analysis and requirements gathering /li liPreparation of functional documentation and Change Request (CR) management /li liExecution of functional testing and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) /li liUser training during the pre go-live phase /li liHypercare support and post go-live development management /li liAround 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics projects /li liExperience in implementation and application support projects /li liKnowledge of analysis, configuration, testing, and post go-live support /li liStrong communication and teamwork skills /li liProactive, results-oriented mindset /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite /li liFluent in English (both written and spoken) /li liAbility to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results /li /ul h3Come with us /h3 pSend us your resume and have a look at our website to learn more!
