About The Position

We are looking for Italian-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join our Social Media Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start.

Please note:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions via social media and online communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Manage complaints and elevate complex cases when required.
- Communicate professionally, empathetically, and in line with quality standards.
- Follow company policies while achieving individual performance goals.

Requirements

- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- English level B1/B2 or higher.
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.





Employment Details

- 12-month renewable contract.
- 40-hour workweek with rotating shifts (8 hours per day).

Salary & Benefits

Without Accommodation

- Base Salary: €1,366.17 gross/month
- Performance Premio available (details to be provided directly by the company)

With Accommodation

- Base Salary: €1,040.68 gross/month
- Performance Bonus available (details to be provided directly by the company)
