The Innovation Office team offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative environment.
The Innovation Office area is the unit within the Bank dedicated to scouting innovative technological solutions proposed by the market from fintech companies and startups, which are considered an important and concrete element of development and acceleration for standard IT platforms.
It also supports internal Bank units in evaluating and analyzing technological solutions to improve their productivity.
Among the activities performed,



you will have the opportunity to deal with: Scouting and evaluation of Startups, initiating collaborations with key Observatories, Accelerators, and Open Innovation Companies; Participating in projects with a strong innovative component; Implementing continuous improvement processes; Producing project documentation (such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel files supporting documents, etc.).
We are looking for graduates in economic and/or IT disciplines, passionate about the digital world.
