/h3 pWe are looking for a resource for our team, with a Degree in Engineering, with a background in mechanical, civil, energetic, chemical or management.
The candidate will support our Project Manager, especially with the monitoring of the development and progress of the project.
In particular, the resource will monitor deadlines and costs, but also verify safety and quality of the work, interface with subcontractors and suppliers, working with other company departments and external businesses.
We appreciate a very strong motivation to build a career in project management, especially in the industrial field.
Previous work experience, even short-term, will be considered a plus.
/p h3Planned Activities /h3 ul liAnalyses project estimates, with the goal of defining budget, forecasting costs,



working hours and quantity /li liSupports the PM in coordinating internal interfaces in various company departments (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Legal) /li liParticipates actively in meetings for the project's coordination, either internal, with clients or other external interfaces /li liManages and archives standard project management documentation (contracts, correspondence and variations) /li liVerifies technical and economical alignment of demands and subcontractors /li liInterfaces daily with suppliers to monitor order status and forecast delivery timelines /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liProblem solving /li liAvailability for frequent work missions (UE) /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liGood level of knowledge of a second foreign language /li liShort work experience in the field /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
