/p pAs bRotating Package Engineer /b, you will respond to the head of Process and Itemized Item Department and be part of the ABSER BL within the Milan Offshore Engineering team.
/p pbHow can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities: /b /p ul liDevelop technical specifications and engineering documentation for rotating equipment (e.g., Compressors, Turbines, Pumps) and/or packages (e.g. Instrument Air; Fuel Gas system, Produced water treatment, Fresh Water System, Sewage Water Treatment, Pedestal Crane, etc).
/li liEnsure compliance with international standards and internal engineering guidelines.
/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate equipment into plant layouts and process diagrams.
/li liSupport procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluations, and vendor follow-up,
including the Vendor documentation check and approval assuring that the equipment/package purchase will meet quality requirements respecting time constraints.
/li liSupervise installation, commissioning, and performance testing of rotating machinery/packages.
/li liMonitor project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
/li liPrepare technical reports and documentation for internal and client use.
/li liAct as a technical interface between clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve engineering issues.
/li /ul pbWhat are we looking for?
/b /p pbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering /p pbExperience: /b5 years at least as a Mechanical Engineer within OilGas Industry /p pbTechnical Skills: /bProven experience in rotating equipment and/or packages design within Oil Gas or industrial plant environments.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO).
/p pbOther Skills: /bExcellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams.
Willingness to travel for medium/short-term assignments /p pbIT Skills: /bProficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc).
