Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to manage recruitment projects from sourcing through placement for multilingual customer service roles across Europe. You’ll work remotely as part of an international team, build your own candidate pipeline, and transition to an uncapped commission model after onboarding.

Expect 30-40 hours per week and onboarding training to learn clients, systems and recruitment processes.
