ppbRotational: /b 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off OR 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off /p pbTarget Start Date: /b January **** /p h3Project Context /h3 pThe Drilling Completion Senior Supervisor (DCSSV) is a senior field-based position responsible for supervising and coordinating all drilling and completion activities at the Tempa Rossa onshore field in Italy.
The role requires full compliance with applicable laws, the Company's Model 231, Code of Conduct, HSE policies, and corporate procedures.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the primary interface between the Drilling and Logistics teams.
/li liEnsure continuous communication and reporting within the drilling organization.
/li liSupervise the implementation of drilling and completion programs at the wellsite.
/li liDirect daily operations as the operator's representative and lead well control activities when required.
/li liPlan and coordinate daily operational activities.
/li liManage contractors and ensure services are performed in accordance with contractual requirements.
/li liEnsure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and HSE standards.
/li liVerify that equipment, materials, and safety stock levels are available and fit for purpose.
/li liMaintain accurate operational reporting using company systems such as Wellview and Synergi.
/li liParticipate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
/li liPromote continuous improvement through lessons learned and competency assessments.
/li /ul h3Main Objectives /h3 ul liEnsure safe and efficient execution of drilling and completion operations.
/li liPrevent major incidents such as blowouts, spills, and loss of well integrity.
/li liProtect company assets and the environment.
/li liMinimize Non-Productive Time (NPT)



and improve operational performance.
/li liDeliver wells on schedule and within budget.
/li /ul pContext: The position operates in a remote and technically demanding environment with significant operational, safety, environmental, and financial risks.
/p pThe potential impact of major incidents can exceed USD 100 million, while delays may result in production losses of approximately USD 0.5 million per day.
/p h3Goals and Deliverables /h3 ul liEnsuring maximum safety in operations.
/li liPreventing major incidents such as blowouts and spills.
/li liProtecting company assets and the environment.
/li liReducing non-productive time (NPT) and improving operational efficiency.
/li liAdhering to project timelines and costs, with potential economic impacts of delays or inefficiencies reaching hundreds of thousands of dollars per day.
/li /ul pThe operational context is remote and complex, characterized by high operational risks and significant potential economic and environmental consequences.
/p pThe role requires a strong focus on safety, risk management, and achieving production objectives.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
/li liMinimum 15 years of experience as a Drilling Completion Supervisor.
/li liIWCF Well Control Level 4 certification.
/li liTotalEnergies RSES and Chain of Command certifications.
/li liFamiliarity with the Wellview reporting system.
/li liFluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
/li liFrench and Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
/li liThis is a highly operational and predominantly on-site role with direct responsibility for safety, wellsite execution, contractor management, and drilling performance.
