/p pWe are currently collaborating with a leading international Retail company looking for an Expansion Manager to drive growth across Southern Italy.
The role offers location flexibility, with a preference for Rome or Naples, and requires frequent travel throughout the region.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine and implement our market entry and expansion strategies throughout Italy.
/li liEnsure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry's best practices.
/li liConduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval.
/li liAssess potential locations based on demographic data, commercial viability and financial forecasts.
/li liAct as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with property owners, developers and real estate partners.
/li liConduct negotiations on lease agreements and manage all the necessary documentation for opening new retail outlets.
/li liClosely monitor market trends, changes in consumer behavior and competitors' moves to identify risks and new opportunities.
/li liManage multiple expansion projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
/li liDevelop and execute strategic plans for entering new markets.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Property Studies or a related field.

/li liSolid professional experience in retail expansion is must /li liStrong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex market data and financial indicators.
/li liExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
/li liStrong organizational skills: someone capable of independently managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
/li liProfessional proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; practical experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
/li liGood command of English (written and spoken) and Italian is required.
/li liWillingness to travel when necessary.
/li liA proactive and practical approach, and a genuine interest in the international retail sector.
