They are seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre development in Milan. /p pThe role covers full commercial management of CSA packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with project leadership, site teams, design managers and client representatives to ensure robust cost control, contract compliance and strong commercial performance. /p pYou will be responsible for managing valuations, variations, procurement support and subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and effective commercial management across all civil, structural and architectural scopes within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment. /p pWorking closely with engineering, planning and delivery teams, you will ensure scope alignment,
cost certainty and commercial risk is actively managed in line with programme and client requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage CSA commercial activities across the full project lifecycle /li liPrepare and review valuations, applications for payment and variation accounts /li liAdminister subcontractor accounts and manage contractual obligations /li liSupport procurement of CSA subcontract packages and suppliers /li liMonitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven Quantity Surveyor experience with strong CSA exposure /li liBackground xysqume working for main contractors on large-scale industrial or hyperscale data centre projects /li liStrong understanding of civil, structural and architectural works /li liExperience managing subcontractor accounts and complex packages /li liGood knowledge of construction contracts, valuations and cost control /li liStrong analytical, negotiation and communication skills /li liDegree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar /li liExperience working within large, multi-disciplinary project environments /li /ul h3Package /h3 ul li110k–115k basic + overseas package /li liAccommodation and travel support /li liBonus scheme /li liPrivate healthcare and pension /li liLong-term role on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Europe /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
