Ph3About the Role /h3pPrometeia is seeking a Cost Controller to join the Planning Control team within the Administration, Finance and Control function in Bologna. The role focuses on planning and control activities, with a specific emphasis on production costs and corporate functions. The position supports the improvement of cost monitoring and reporting processes, as well as the automation and industrialization of Group planning and control activities. It works closely with business stakeholders, cost center managers, Procurement, and Finance to track costs, identify trends, and support efficiency initiatives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor and analyze company costs, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and timely. /liliPrepare periodic reporting and variance analyses against actuals, budget, forecast, and company targets. /liliContribute to periodic closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles. /liliSupport business stakeholders and cost center managers in tracking relevant costs and identifying trends early. /liliHelp define corrective actions and countermeasures when cost trends require intervention. /liliCollaborate with Procurement and Finance to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction. /liliTake part in transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects, including process automation, reporting automation, data quality, and process mining. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliDegree in Economics,
