The role drives logistics digitalisation initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support informed decision‑making. In addition, the position manages 3PL performance, identifies cost‑saving opportunities, and leads continuous optimisation programmes aimed at improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and creating sustainable value for the business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitors and analyses logistics KPIs (service level, OTIF, cost performance), identifying performance gaps and defining corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement. /li liOversees 3PL performance, logistics costs, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service expectations. /li liEstablishes and maintains strong partnerships with 3PL providers, driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, delivery punctuality, operational flexibility, and cost optimisation. /li liLeads logistics digitalisation initiatives, enhancing data visibility, process automation, reporting capabilities, and performance tracking across the supply chain. /li liDrives continuous improvement programmes across warehouse and inbound logistics processes, identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /p pExperience in logistics operations, distribution, or supply chain environments. /p pThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full‑time position.
