ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB As Production Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities: Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels Management of quality KPIs Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,...) Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budget Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering You have at least 5-7 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes Project Management and Lean Production Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit IT
