/p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe HR Operations Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the end?to?end employee lifecycle and the day?to?day execution of HR processes across the organization.
/p pThis role combines HR operations, talent acquisition support, data and reporting, and process automation, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.
You will work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners, contributing to efficient and scalable HR operations while proactively improving processes through technology and AI?driven tools.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain and update employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance /li liSupport HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, in line with Italian labor law and CCNL /li liAct as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and service?oriented HR support /li liAssist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management /li liCoordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and external partners /li liSupport compliance activities, reporting,

and internal HR documentation /li liLeverage bAI and automation tools /b to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency /li liContribute to employer branding, engagement initiatives, and internal communications /li liCollaborate cross?functionally with internal teams across legal entities /li /ul h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in bHumanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law /b, or related fields /li li2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role /li liStrong knowledge of bItalian labor law /b and bCCNL /b regulations /li liNativebItalian /b speaker with bEnglish proficiency /b (minimum B2) /li liHands?on experience with bHRIS platforms /b (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti, or similar) /li liStrong analytical skills, with advancedbExcel /b (pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query) /li liExperience withbBI tools /b (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for HR reporting and dashboardsFamiliarity with bAI / LLM tools /b (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and interest in applying them to HR workflows /li liOrganized, detail?oriented, and comfortable working in a fast?paced, service?driven environment /li /ul pPursuant toItalian Law (L.*****), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
