Purpose of the position: As Commissioning and Maintenance Production Superintendent, you will be part of the Commissioning Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno How can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities: Ensure safe and efficient operation of the process plant, promoting compliance with Company QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems while maintaining high operational standards.
Manage work permits, isolations, and process safety controls, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with risk assessments, permit-to-work requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
Lead commissioning, start-up, and operational activities, coordinating personnel, vendors, licensors, and contractors to achieve project and production objectives safely and effectively.




Develop and manage production personnel, including shift planning, training, competency assessment, performance management, and continuous development of operations teams.
Drive plant performance and operational excellence, overseeing maintenance coordination, production procedures, laboratory activities, safety reviews (HAZOP/PSSR), reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
Education: Technical Diploma / Degree in Engineering field Experience: Relevant experience as Commissioning and Maintenance Production Superintendent.
Languages: English Knowledge Level B2 Technical Skills: Commissioning Engineering any subjective or discriminatory factors, including but not limited to gender or other personal characteristics.
