This role involves travel to remote sites to support network, CCTV, and Access Control, /p pinstallations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

/p h3ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liMaintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
/li liPerform hands?on and remote help?desk duties for clients such as troubleshooting desktops, printers, cables, cameras, access control devices, and any other tasks assigned.
/li liPerform network infrastructure upgrades, installations, and configurations as needed.
/li liInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP?based CCTV and Access Control systems, including cameras, NVRs/VMS platforms, door controllers, card readers, and associated network infrastructure.
/li liSupport the deployment of CCTV and Access Control solutions for new office and warehouse projects, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.
/li liMonitor network performance and troubleshoot network problems.
/li liCollaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to ensure the reliable operation of network infrastructure, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
/li liProvide technical support to end?users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
/li liDocument network infrastructure, CCTV, and Access Control systems, and keep network diagrams and security system documentation up to date.
/li liEnsure network security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
/li liCoordinate with vendors and external service providers for the installation, maintenance, and support of networking, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
/li liTravel to remote sites for network, CCTV, and Access Control installations, maintenance,

or troubleshooting purposes.
/li liComply with applicable Crane and customer information?security, physical?security, confidentiality and site?access policies and procedures.
/li liMaintain appropriate confidentiality and security in relation to information, systems, CCTV, access?control infrastructure and credentials accessed in the course of the role.
/li liPromptly report suspected information?security, physical?security or access?control incidents in accordance with applicable incident?reporting procedures.
/li /ul h3SITE ACCESS AND BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS /h3 pThis position is based at an Amazon?controlled facility in Milan and is subject to the security and site?access requirements applicable to personnel assigned to that facility.
/p pAs part of the site?access process, the successful candidate will be required to participate in background screening initiated by Amazon through its designated background screening provider.
Completion of the applicable screening and satisfaction of Amazon's site?access requirements are conditions of assignment to the Amazon facility.
/p pAny background screening and associated processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable Italian law and data protection requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code.

/li liExperience with Wireless Access Points and wireless security protocols such as EAP with RADIUS.
/li liAble to troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, routing, firewall, DNS, and higher?level protocols.
/li liExperience with the design, installation, configuration, and support of enterprise IP?based CCTV and Access Control systems.
/li liKnowledge of CCTV technologies, including IP cameras, NVRs,

Video Management Systems (VMS), video storage, and retention best practices.
/li liKnowledge of Access Control technologies, including door controllers, card readers, credentials, door hardware, and system administration.
/li liUnderstanding of structured cabling, fibre optics, PoE, UPS systems, and their integration with physical security solutions.
/li liFamiliarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service?oriented approach.
/li liStrong problem?solving skills and attention to detail.
/li liExperience with infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies is preferred.

/li /ul h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
/li liProven experience working as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
/li liProven experience deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise IP?based CCTV and Access Control systems, including IP cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), Network Video Recorders (NVRs), door controllers, and card access systems.
/li liIn?depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
/li liStrong problem?solving skills and attention to detail.
/li liExperience with infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
/li liExperience integrating CCTV and Access Control systems with enterprise network infrastructure, including PoE switching, structured cabling, fibre connectivity, and UPS systems.
/li liFortinet experience a plus.
/li liExperience configuring Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking with *****Q (VLANs), *****af/at (PoE), *****D (STP), BGP, OSPF, and LACP.
