/ph3We're looking for a passionate "Service Technician" for our Team, based in our Suisio Italy site.
/h3h3Activities: /h3ulliSecure necessary actions in case non-conformities with the customer requirements have been detected.
/liliLeading/guide repair and rework.
/liliCoordinate with engineer and TM for Leading Kaizan/A4 with some tools.
/liliHelp checking welding quality during manufacturing process.
/liliResponsible for training welders/welding-operators and related technical personnel according to welding engineer/TM arrangement.
/liliTo be involved for the specifications of the welding equipment and welding fixture/tools.
/liliParticipation in following up the calibration of the welding equipment/meter to meet different production code requirement.
Such as GB/ASME.

/liliSupporting welding engineer for new welding technology import and development, WPS/PQR etc.
/liliExecute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvement.
/li /ulh3Competences: /h3h3Technical and Specific Skills /h3ullibDiagnostics and Repair: /bKnowledge of flange techniques, retightening, non-destructive testing (NDT), replacement of tube bundles or gaskets, and hydraulic testing procedures.
/lilibDrawing and Standards Reading: /bAbility to interpret isometric drawings, process and instrumentation diagrams (PID), and construction/maintenance standards (TEMA, ASME, UNI EN).
/lilibBasic Metallurgy: /bUnderstanding of material behavior exposed to corrosion, fouling, and thermal shock in process plants.
/li /ulh3Management and Soft Skills /h3ullibOperational Leadership: /bAbility to coordinate local teams of technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.
/lilibProblem Solving: /bPrompt resolution of technical issues directly on site to avoid costly plant shutdowns.
/lilibInternational Communication: /bExcellent command of English (or the local site language) to interface with foreign client management.

/bKnowledge of ASME Section VIII (for pressure vessels) and TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) standards.
/lilibQuality Control (NDT): /bAbility to interpret non-destructive tests such as liquid penetrant testing (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and radiographic testing (RT).
/lilibWelding Qualifications: /bKnowledge of welding specifications (WPS/PQR) and ability to verify welders' qualifications (WPQ) for interventions on pipes and maintenance.
/li /ulh3Advanced Operational Skills /h3ullibTorquing and Hydraulic Tensioning: /bSupervision of controlled tightening of flange bolts.
/lilibWelding and Tube Expansion: /bSupervision of tube replacement (retubing), tube expansion, and tube-to-tubesheet welding.
/li /ulh3Site Safety and Management (HSE) /h3ullibSpecial Work Permits: /bManagement of "Hot Work" permits in potentially explosive atmospheres and gas testing.
/lilibPlant Shutdowns (Turnaround/Shutdown): /bAbility to work under stress while respecting tight schedules (Gantt), coordinating 24/7 work shifts.
/lilibHSE Protocols: /bStrict management of work permits (Permit to Work), confined spaces, and work at height.
