/ppstrongemYOUR MISSIONS /em /strong: /pulliAct as a finance co-pilot to the Production Center Director and SC Central Functions /liliRepresent Finance in the local Management Team and be the main point of contact for site-level finance topics and escalation; /liliPerformance Management Financial Control; /liliSupport the delivery of financial and operational performance targets; /liliPromote a strong cost-awareness culture across the site; /liliTrack, validate, and report on cost-saving and productivity initiatives; /liliAssist in coordinating the local Budget and Forecast processes; /liliCollect, validate, and align financial assumptions with the business; /liliSupport in calculating and updating hourly rates in line with central guidelines; /liliEnsure timely and accurate monthly financial closing (On-Time In-Full).
/liliPrepare Manufacturing Controlling KPIs and perform variance analysis; /liliProvide insight into financial deviations and their business drivers; support performance outlook discussions; /liliTake ownership of project deviation monitoring and root cause analysis (RCA)
at the PC level; /liliParticipate in Product Cost Governance meetings and support cost reduction initiatives with tracking and financial analysis; /liliEnsure compliance with corporate policies and local legal/tax regulations; /liliSupport internal and external audit processes; /liliHelp maintain strong internal controls and adherence to financial procedures; /liliLead or support stock check activities and help optimize inventory levels; /liliActively promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices, contributing to the FI (Focused Improvement) and Cost Pillars; /liliContribute to finance digitization efforts by supporting automation tools (RPA, BI, dashboards); /liliHelp improve transparency, data reliability, and the link between operations and financial performance.
/li /ulpstrongemYOUR PROFILE : /em /strong /pulliMaster degree or equivalent in Finance; /liliA Minimum of 3 years' experience in Controlling; /liliStrong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles; /liliExperience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial group; /liliKnowledge of controlling processes business planning principles; /liliKnowledge and/or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is an advantage; /liliStrong interpersonal skills, team player; /liliAbility to work in a matrix organization.
