Lead the growth of Stryker’s Extremities business across North and Central Italy, combining commercial ownership with hands‑on people leadership. - Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team across direct and indirect channels, setting clear objectives and building an accountable, collaborative, and performance‑focused culture.
- Own regional commercial performance, including sales targets, forecasting, pipeline development, and execution against annual financial objectives.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to grow existing accounts, acquire new customers, and expand the Extremities portfolio across North and Central Italy.
- Build strategic relationships with surgeons, operating room teams,
hospital decision‑makers, procurement teams, distributors, agents, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple clinical and commercial stakeholders, maintaining visibility of opportunities from initial engagement through implementation.
- Analyse sales, pipeline, customer, and market data to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement targeted actions to improve results.
- Develop organisational capability by supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and ongoing development of team members.
- Lead the team through business and organisational change while partnering cross‑functionally to maintain customer service, commercial execution, and employee engagement.
