/liliExcellent work ethic and people-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
/liliPrevious experience in a 5?star hotel or a related field is preferred.
/liliMinimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
/liliProficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
/liliFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
/liliStrong knowledge of Milan's attractions, events, and cultural scene.
