Strategy Leader /b, you will drive the translation of strategic business priorities into concrete commercial plans, leading cross-functional initiatives to shape product launches, market strategies, and customer engagement while providing data-driven insights to support long-term growth.
/p h3We want you to: /h3 ul liTranslate high-level strategies into actionable sales targets, marketing and products campaigns, and customer engagement plans /li liSupport the development of short-and long-term sales and marketing strategies /li liSkilled in creating and presenting plans supported by solid financial analysis /li liDefine the new launches launch strategies and orchestrate the organization to plan and act accordingly with proper governance /li liPerform detailed research on competitors, including product launches and marketing tactics /li liMonitor industry trends, market dynamics, customer behavior, and relevant economic factors /li liActively contribute to the continuous innovation and optimization of company policies,



procedures, and standards /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liUniversity Degree.
/li liStrong understanding of the automotive market and sales dynamics.
/li li5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
/li liExcellent prioritization and organizational skills.
/li liExperience in consulting would be a plus.
