and webform from end consumers and CAT's retailers.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.QualificationsFrench – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
