YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support in recruitment and application management (screening, organizing interviews, feedback, etc.)
- Management of employee paperwork
- Collaboration in organizing hiring days
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners in carrying out various daily activities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- University students or new graduates
- Previous internships are an advantage
- Empathy, goal orientation and problem solving
- Good knowledge of the Italian, English and German language
