Hive Logistics is building a customer-centric operations platform in Europe. The Merchant Care Associate On the Ground will be the first contact for merchants' operational issues directly from the fulfillment center in Pavia, Italy, working with the logistics partner's floor teams to close the loop between on-floor activity and Hive's merchants.

You will own support tickets in Zendesk, spot issues, and partner with Product, Operations and Tech.
