What you'll do
Lead safe, compliant operations from flight planning through post?flight, upholding SOPs and a just?culture mindset. Deliver a discreet, polished VIP service while coordinating seamlessly with ground, dispatch, and cabin teams. Make sound, timely decisions in dynamic conditions; manage performance, W&B;, fuel, and alternates. Champion CRM, mentor the First Officer, and foster clear, calm cockpit communication. Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and aircraft readiness at all times.
