/ppIn this role, you will be key in delivering bscalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions /b, guiding clients through implementation and driving adoption of new technologies.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze client requirements, gather specifications, and configure the CRM system accordingly.
/liliTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
/liliIntegrate the CRM with other enterprise systems.
/liliDevelop bworkflows, plugins, custom entities, and reports /b to support business processes.
/liliDrive continuous improvement by anticipating challenges and introducing new technologies.
/liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.

/liliProvide guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal user experience.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullibAt least 4 years of experience /b as a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
/liliStrong knowledge of bCRM architecture, customization, and configuration /b.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
/liliExperience with bDynamics CRM administration, security, and permissions management /b.
/liliKnowledge of bSQL Server and SQL query writing /b is a plus.
/liliGood knowledge of bMicrosoft Office suite /b is a plus.
