Foster generic FMEA for standard manufacturing process (e.g. electronics products) /liliDefine requirements and rules (Design For Manufacturing) for associated tooling necessary to start production /liliQualify the product/process pair as well as industrial means to be put in place in line with the design /liliSupport sourcing and SQD teams in the suppliers' qualification and in quality follow up for suppliers concerned by SP.
Contribute to development of suppliers /liliManage evolution of quality control process dedicated to SP /liliEnsure deployment and validation of new processes in line with product / project planning /liliIssue relevant documents in the Quality System /liliManages technicians that are eventually under his / her responsibility /liliSupport Transfer of Technology on SP: documentation, process and means validation, training /liliComplies with EHS Alstom and external standards /liliTransmission: ulliTrain the workers and EPU managers to execute SP /liliEnsure continuous training and permanent qualification of the workers to SP /liliTrain support functions to business rules linked to SP (Engineering, PME, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality) /liliDevelop SP expert /specialist on new geographic area through Alstom SP qualification plan /li /ul /liliExecution / Serial manufacturing: ulliGuarantees internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers' requirements /liliPerforms internal and external audits /liliEnsure day to day monitoring of SP business rules and solve issues concerning SP.
/liliIn case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement repair solutions.
/liliDemonstrate QCD and EHS improvement linked to SP through efficient action plans.
Measure performance linked with site industrial objectives and through APSYS audit for instance.
/liliSupport Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis /li /ul /liliParticipate to meetings and working groups of the SP network /liliPropose improvement ideas and evolution of the business rules of their domain /li /ulh3Key Job Authorities and Dimensions: (Expenditure/Hiring authorities, total budget resp., team size; etc.)

/h3ulliIn case of major SP quality crisis (major technical risk, safety or financial), the expert must provide to the project manager, factually, a clear problem analysis (root causes, associated risks) and the options to exit the crisis, to enable him taking serenely position /liliHe / She has the duty to control his / her external communication (written and oral) as it engages the responsibility of AT towards third parties /li /ulh3Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.) /h3ulliManufacturing and Quality documents are available in due time and to the good quality level /liliQualification reports of operating modes are issued in line with the schedule /liliZero non-conformity during internal or external audits /liliLevel of deployment of SP standards rules /liliContribution to site industrial QCD targets /liliReactivity and consistency during expertise during defect or incident /liliFAR/FAI/ FMR/SMR validated for all installations involving SP and flagged as "technical or industrial risk" /li /ulh3EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES REQUIRED COMPETENCES /h3h3Educational Requirements: /h3ulliEngineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical, mechanical or chemical /liliTraining and Qualification by a third party for SP if needed (e.g. welding) /li /ulpMandatory: /pulli2 to 5 years' experience in industrial method /liliPractice the concerned special process from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification) /liliKnowledgeable of main SAP T-Codes for Industrial management /liliAutonomous, rigorous, good communication /liliGood teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees) /liliInnovative, participative in business workgroups /liliAble to read, write and speak English /li /ulpAn agile, inclusive and responsiblecultureis the foundation of ourcompanywhere diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advanceintheir careers.
