Saipem is seeking a Civil and Structural Lead for its Fano Civil Engineering team.
You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure quality and safety while meeting project objectives.
You will also oversee bidding, subcontractor management, and site solutions within an international project environment.
The role requires strong English, 5–10 years in civil/structural leadership, and experience with design foundations, concrete, steel structures, and 3D modelling.
