About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer to join our Proposal Department and contribute to winning technically and commercially competitive projects

The Proposal Department is the technical and commercial backbone of the sales organization, connecting customers, sales, engineering, and project execution. The team delivers complete, competitive, and reliable proposals that form the foundation for successful projects.

Your Responsibilities:




- Support Sales Managers and Project Managers in preparing technical proposals, standard conditions, and cost/sales calculations.
- Propose target selling prices and provide technical descriptions, commercial letters, and standard conditions as part of proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals and related documentation.
- Facilitate smooth handover of orders from the sales function to project execution, ensuring internal ownership transitions efficiently.
- Follow sales from quotation to execution and interact with customers when relevant to support closing deals.
- Report directly to the Proposal Department Manager in Italy.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical knowledge acquired through experience.
- Knowledge of plant architecture, technical and production processes, materials, and quality standards.
