/p h3How You'll Make a Difference /h3 ul liSupport the Security Operations team in daily operational activities (monitoring, alert handling, incident management, recurring security tasks), acting as a key operational reference.
/li liAssist in delivery coordination alongside the Cybersecurity Operations Manager, contributing to planning and tracking of ongoing tasks and priorities.
/li liHandle incident response during high?severity events, helping prioritize actions and coordinate response efforts.
/li liGuide team members in daily activities, sharing knowledge and ensuring high?quality work.
/li liManage client interactions: progress updates, escalation handling, and alignment on priorities and expectations.
/li liContribute to defining and improving operational procedures (playbooks, runbooks, best practices).
/li liEnsure operational continuity, service quality, and reliability.
/li liRemain actively involved in operational security activities across monitoring, incident handling, and analysis.
/li liAct as a technical point of reference for clients on operational topics, providing updates and supporting escalations when needed.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Security Operations / SOC environments, with initial exposure to team support or activity coordination.
/li liBroad, cross?domain understanding of cybersecurity (security operations, incident management, identity, endpoint/network security, vulnerability management).
/li liSolid system administration background (Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, cloud environments).
/li liAbility to combine hands?on technical work with day?to?day organizational support in a fast?paced environment.
/li liStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills, supporting and enabling team members.
/li liExcellent communication and client?facing skills, especially in high?pressure situations.
/li liStructured and reliable approach to work, with attention to SLAs and service quality.
/li liCompensation: €35,000 – €50,000 gross annually, adjusted based on skills and experience.
/li liPosition is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
/li liHybrid work model.
/li /ul h3What We Would Consider a Plus /h3 ul liExperience in SOC / MDR or managed security services environments.
/li liFamiliarity with SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, SentinelOne, Defender).
/li liKnowledge of frameworks and standards (ISO *****, NIS2, NIST).
/li liSecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, Blue Team, vendor?specific).
/li liPrevious experience in client?facing roles or project coordination.
