ppJob DescriptionWe are looking for an bAssistant Health Safety Prevention and Protection Officer (ASPP) /b to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Health Safety management system.
In this role, you will work closely with the HS Manager (RSPP) to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to creating a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the internal operational point of reference for Occupational Health Safety matters, working closely with the external Health Safety Manager (RSPP) to support the day-to-day activities of the Prevention and Protection Service.
/liliSupport the RSPP in implementing and improving occupational health and safety prevention and protection measures, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
/liliCollaborate in the operational management of Health Safety activities, maintaining close coordination with the RSPP, Occupational Health Physician, Human Resources, managers, supervisors, Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS), employees and other relevant company functions.
/liliSupport the update and maintenance of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), specific risk assessments, Health Safety procedures and related documentation.
/liliConduct workplace inspections, identify hazards and non-conformities, and monitor the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
/liliManage and maintain compliance calendars for statutory obligations, occupational health surveillance and other Prevention and Protection Service activities, coordinating with the Occupational Health Physician and the relevant departments.
/liliSupport the management of workplace accidents, near misses, incident reporting, emergency management and Health Safety training activities,
assisting in data collection and the preparation of related documentation.
/liliAssist in the management of contractors, subcontractors and contractor safety, including the operational and documentary aspects related to interference risks.
/liliSupport coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors, preparing and managing the required Health Safety documentation.
/liliAssist in the planning and execution of internal and external audits, periodic Health Safety meetings and reporting activities, monitoring the implementation of improvement actions.
/liliPromote a positive safety culture through communication, information and awareness initiatives across the organization.
/liliCarry out all organizational, administrative and documentary activities necessary to ensure the effective operation of the Prevention and Protection Service.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques or a related technical discipline.
/liliASPP qualification in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree ******* (Modules A and B); additional specialist qualifications are considered an advantage.
/liliApproximately4-6 yearsof experience in Occupational Health Safety roles within industrial, manufacturing, logistics or service environments.
/liliGood knowledge of Italian Occupational Health Safety legislation (Legislative Decree *******).
/liliKnowledge of Occupational Health Safety Management Systems (ISO *****); familiarity with ISO **** is considered a plus.
/liliExperience in workplace inspections, internal audits and risk assessment activities.
/liliGood command of English.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
/liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
/liliAccuracy and attention to detail in document and administrative management.
/liliStrong coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
/liliProactive approach, operational autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
/liliAbility to work collaboratively with all parties involved in Occupational Health Safety management.
/liliGood communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to supporting business operations.
/li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliPermanent Contract /liliThe position is classified at level 1 or Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
The gross annual salary for the role ranges between *************** euros.
/li /ulpThe determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.
/ppAdditional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment.
