/ppIn this role, you will define and drive the governance framework for master data across the High Voltage business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across functions, you will improve data quality, establish clear ownership, and help create the trusted data foundations needed to support digitalization, automation, and future business growth.
/ppYou will play a key role in aligning business and functional teams around common standards, governance processes, and data quality objectives.
The position offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to influence how critical business data is managed and utilized globally.
/ppSuccess in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to drive change across a complex international organization, and a genuine interest in improving business processes through effective data governance.
The role was established to strengthen governance, improve cross-functional alignment, and support long-term business transformation initiatives.
/ph3How You'll Make An Impact /h3ulliDefine and govern the global Master Data Management (MDM) framework across the High Voltage business.
/liliIdentify critical master data objects, ownership structures, lifecycle requirements, and business usage.
/liliEstablish governance processes, standards, roles, and responsibilities for master data management.
/liliDrive organizational adoption of master data governance practices and support change management initiatives across the business.
/liliPartner with business and functional stakeholders to align priorities and master data requirements.
/liliDrive initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, transparency, and trust across systems and processes.
/liliSupport digitalization and AI readiness through scalable and reliable data foundations.
/liliMonitor master data performance through KPIs, governance reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
/liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to harmonize master data processes globally.
/liliLead improvement initiatives that strengthen data management capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
/li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliExperience working with master data, data governance, data management, process management, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
/liliStrong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels, including the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
/liliExperience leading change, improvement, or transformation initiatives in a global business environment.
/liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data topics into practical business improvements.
/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
/liliFamiliarity with digitalization, automation, AI-enabled processes, or enterprise data governance practices is considered an advantage.
