This hybrid role bridges product management and sales, ensuring our f-gas-free, digital-ready DTB solutions meet evolving utility needs and position us as a market leader. This position reports directly to the Product Marketing Director and functionally to the Global Portfolio Management of Grid Components.This is a remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, with preference for Cary, NC or Houston, TX.Key Responsibilities:Market strategy & growth — Drive U.S. sub‑transmission market expansion by developing new utility/EPC/OEM opportunities,

shaping go‑to‑market plans, and securing product homologation.Technical leadership — Act as the primary technical interface, leading configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and pre‑sales solution design.Standards & industry influence — Ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance, represent the company in industry bodies, and help shape evolving technical specifications.Partnerships & product innovation — Build strategic ecosystem relationships while channeling customer insights to guide product evolution, digital integration, and sustainable SF6‑free technology adoption.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering field required. 10+ years of experience in high voltage equipment, preferably with circuit breakers or other key substation components.Deep understanding of sub-transmission applications and utility processes in the US.P
