Location: Netherlands (relocation support available)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Long-term (1-2 year contract, with potential for direct hire by client)
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and product failures
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on electronic, electrical, and mechatronic systems
Document findings in clear, detailed technical reports
Partner with quality, product, and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
Support both internal manufacturing and external clients with containment measures and reliability improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and prevent recurrence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
2+ Years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
Background in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics,
or complex automation systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to write structured, technical reports
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and ownership of problems from start to finish
We Offer
1-2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment
Monthly gross salary: €3,500-€5,000 (based on experience and education) xysqume
25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays
Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May
Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km
Relocation support: First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed
€1,500-€3,000 net relocation premio
Pick-up on arrival and onboarding support (bank, BSN, insurance, etc.)
