/ppFor our office in bMilan /b, we are looking for a bProject Development Manager.
/b /ph3What will you do day-to-day?
/h3ulliManage the activities of obtaining RTB – ready to build - status for late-stage projects (VIA and AU obtained).
Ensure all necessary permissions and permissions up to ready-to-build status.
In particular: VdO (Verifica di ottemperanza) and all the required Secondary Authorizations.
/liliManage co-development contracts and relationships with external developers or external engineering companies to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
/liliManage relationships with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators, etc.
/liliDiscussion and agreement of technical and commercial specifics internally.
/liliMonitor project delivery times and implement best practices.
/liliCreate and maintain project reporting.
/liliEnsure a structured documentation archive.
/liliCollaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction etc.)

in order to successfully develop the assigned projects and in accordance with group procedures and guidelines.
/liliFollow the authorization procedure of the projects, relating constructively with the Authorities and the territory.
/liliSupport the internal functions for the drafting of EPC and OM contracts for the construction and maintenance of the plant.
/liliSupport the investment and MA team on specific aspects of due diligence and acquisition documentation.
/liliEnsure constant updating about regulatory and authorization frameworks at regional and national level.
/li /ulh3What are we looking for?
/h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical, Civil etc.) or Architecture.
/liliPrevious experience in energy sector minimum 3 years.
/liliExperience in the evaluation of territorial planning tools (Regional and National) and authorization legislation in the field of renewable energy.
/liliKnowledge of the legislation concerning connections to the national electricity grid and of the procedural aspects of connection process management (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements etc.
/liliWell-developed intercultural and communication skills.
/liliAdvanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Earth, basic knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD.
/liliExcellent knowledge of English and Italian.
