JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee beverage operations across outlets, ensuring consistent service and quality.
Introduce unique beverage concepts inspired by alpine lifestyle, Italian traditions,
and wellness trends.
Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, cost control, and local partnerships.
Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability.
Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring knowledge of mixology, wine pairing, and service etiquette.
Collaborate with F&B; team to design beverage concepts for functions and promotions.
Stay updated on global and local beverage trends, applying them to enhance guest offerings.
Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and personalizing their experience.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Background in Italian wines and European beverage trends highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Knowledge of HACCP, safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through beverages.
Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
