Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?
Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests
Provide VIP user support
Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support
Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)
Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams
Manage printer and MFP support
Support PC refresh activities
Manage ticketing system
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Local stock management

Location : Legnago (Verona - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby
Contract : 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent)

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11,



Office 365, and common enterprise applications
LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
Familiar with ticketing system
Good English and fluent Italian
Good organizational skills
Communicative and customer-oriented
