Location: Italy (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to €80,000 + Benefits
About the Company
Piper Maddox are supporting one of Europe's fastest-growing renewable energy Independent Power Producers (IPPs), developing, financing, building, owning and operating utility-scale solar PV, BESS and onshore wind projects across Europe.
With a 10+GW development pipeline across Europe, the business is investing heavily in its long-term asset portfolio, targeting the delivery of approximately 1GW of new projects every year.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join the business as it builds its Asset Management function from the ground up. You'll manage a growing portfolio across Italy and Germany, working closely with senior leadership to shape processes, influence strategy and support the growth of both established renewable assets and a significant BESS pipeline.
The role offers broad exposure across technical, commercial and financial Asset Management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their responsibilities within a rapidly growing IPP.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of renewable energy assets across Italy and Germany.
Oversee external Asset Management providers and key stakeholders.
Monitor technical and commercial performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
Support portfolio reporting, budgeting and long-term asset strategy.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Asset Management function.
Requirements
Experience in renewable energy Asset Management.
Strong understanding of the Italian renewable energy market.
Solar and/or onshore wind experience (BESS experience is advantageous).
German language skills are desirable
Commercial mindset with the ambition to grow within a fast-paced IPP.
