/ph3Job Description /h3h3Primary Function of Position /h3ulliOur digital solutions provide technology to enable easier capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data around diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, while also allowing for complete integration with electronic medical records (EMR) and picture archival and communications (PACS) systems.
With our newest cloud-based services we deliver a system for clinical training and educational purposes allowing our surgeons to reflect on and improve their clinical skills.
/liliWe are looking for a highly motivated top?notch experienced clinical support person, with the necessary background in digital technology to join us in an important period of growth for digital solutions based on our Intuitive Hub and daVinci5 (incl. MyIntuitive+) technology in the assigned region.
/liliThe Digital Solutions Specialist (DSS) will focus on the execution of current and future digital strategies to further grow the digital solution adoption by our customers.
As an expert on Intuitive's Digital Solutions, knowing the ins-and-outs, the DSIS seeks highest customer satisfaction and product utilization.
/liliTo do so,

the DSS is responsible for customer onboarding, performing workflow analysis and optimization, customer training and application support, as well as training and supporting the sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations, product demos remotely, onsite and tradeshows and internal trainings.
/liliThe DSS will lead customer meetings, train the Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services in numerous clinical settings and specialties, support customer readiness and drive further expansion of our digital offering within our existing customer base.
/liliIn addition, the candidate will build and maintain long?term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within our industry, key decision?makers, surgeons/physicians, nurses, and IT managers.
/li /ulh3Roles And Responsibilities /h3ulliBe a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally) and Intuitive colleagues (internally), /liliPerform Intuitive Hub in?services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer objectives, /liliEducate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including customer onboarding, /liliMonitor and drive digital products utilization by customers and clinical users, /liliDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders, /liliTest and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues to be escalated to digital technical support teams for resolution, /liliLead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operation, /liliOnboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, /liliParticipate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures, /liliParticipate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material, /liliBuild excellent relationships with internal colleagues, such as dV sales and clinical teams, digital support, marketing and field service, /liliSupport complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions, /liliBe a resource to the clinical and administrative team, providing guidance and insight into the use of the Intuitive Hub System, /liliProvides feedback based on client experiences to support and product development team for process improvements.

and Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
